This film is the journey of a ground-breaking Indian national study on the issue of "Domestic violence and its impacts in the workplace" led by Indian rail and road transport affiliates. Women transport leaders trained 9000+ women during the data collection process of this study. The study conducted between October 2019 - May 2020 is the biggest known study on the issue with 15561 participants from the transport sector and other formal and informal sector workers, including educational institutions, health care workers, domestic workers, and construction workers.
