Vacancy: Global Administrator

This is a challenging and interesting opportunity for the successful candidate within the Global Administration Team (GAT), supporting Inland Transport Sections, Civil Aviation & Tourism Services Sections, Campaigns & Priority Projects, and Union Building teams. You will need a strong all-round administrative background, with excellent organisational skills, as well as effective drafting and proof-reading skills.  The ability to work with little supervision within a strong team, whilst remaining flexible and able to forward plan to manage a varied and high volume workload, in a highly pressured environment is key.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, with proven ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders. Experience of booking travel-related services, organising complex meetings (both physical and virtual), drafting meeting reports, experience in working with CRM systems, strong numerical skills and the ability to analyse data are essential. Due to the international aspects of the organisation’s work, a good working knowledge of another language would be an advantage.

This role offers a salary of £36,648 per annum, plus a non-performance related guaranteed bonus equating to 1/12th of your annual salary.
