ITF is an international federation of transport workers’ trade unions. Connecting trade unions from 147 countries, representing over 18 million transport workers by campaigning and working to enhance social justice, human rights and economic welfare for transportation workers across the globe. The ITF Head office is based in Borough, London. International offices include Amman, Brussels, Nairobi, New Delhi, Ouagadougou, Rio, Tokyo and Sydney.
We are now looking for an experienced manager to take responsibility for the overall management and processing of approximately 12,500 ITF agreements and for ensuring that payments made to the Welfare Fund are allocated.
Managing a team of 10 Agreements Assistants, you will be responsible for the day to day allocation of work, provision of assistance and support to Agreements Unit staff and to ensure work is completed in an effective and timely manner.
We are looking for someone with strong management skills and a sound knowledge of the maritime industry and related trade union structures. The successful candidate must have very good communication, analytical and problem solving skills and able to exercise discretion and diplomacy in politically sensitive environment.

This role offers a salary of £49,471 to £58,694 per annum, dependent on experience, and a non-performance related guaranteed bonus equating to 1/12th of your annual salary.
