Toolkit for Rail Accessibility

The purpose of the Toolkit is to begin a global dialogue on rail accessibility and propose strategies to mutually advance labour and disability rights across the rail sector. It does this by introducing the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), showing how it can be used to strengthen trade union mandates and campaign for legal and regulatory reform in all areas relating to the rights of disabled people.
