Outsourcing security at Bangkok Airport was a disaster for workers like Chob Siriwat. New schedules allowed no time for toilet breaks or lunch, and security staff were faced with being fired if they left their posts, or becoming ill if they tried to last. This video tells the story of workers organising and demonstrating, to demand basic human rights. The story is all the more powerful because they won - since this was made, the company has backed down and breaks are now standard.
