Stories in Action

The ITF Youth Storytelling Programme celebrates the incredible power of young transport workers who are stepping up to shape their unions and build a just, equitable future for all.

Discover the power of storytelling and help us amplify young workers’ voices shaping the present and the future of transport unions. Every story told is a step towards a stronger, more inclusive labour movement.

Through their personal stories, this programme seeks to inspire, educate and mobilise young unionists and the next generation of union leaders and activists.

The Stories

Storytelling is not just a way of sharing our experiences; it is a form of activism. Compelling stories can help fellow young workers and union leaders understand how we can carry this work forward and overcome the challenges we are facing.
