The Congress Theme Document recognises the impact that technology has on transport workers and we have to make policy choices to help our workers. Likewise, Singapore is not spared! Working together with our tripartite partners, a S$4.5 billion Industry Transformation Programme, consisting of 23 road maps covering the various industries in Singapore was launched.
