Reminder: special briefing meeting on the health and wellbeing of women seafarers

The survey – a joint initiative by the International Seafarers’ Welfare and Assistance Network (ISWAN), International Transport Workers’ Federation (ITF), International Maritime Health Association (IMHA), and Seafarers Hospital Society (SHS) – will feature as part of a briefing designed to raise awareness of the issues identified by the research and prompt collaborative efforts to improve provisions for women seafarers.

The briefing will be held on 17 September from 16:00 to 19:00 at ITF House, 49-60 Borough Road, London SE1 1DR (www.itfglobal.org/en/about-itf/contact-us). The agenda is attached.
