The ITF (International Transport Workers’ Federation) has demanded the unconditional withdrawal of convictions against 14 union members caught up in Turkish government moves to outlaw trade unionism in the country.

The ITF (International Transport Workers’ Federation) is pleased to announce that the 17 crew members of the Sea Honest, who were abandoned unpaid and unprovisioned in Algeria in July 2016, have finally returned home.

The ITF is calling on its unions to support workers employed by logistics giant XPO in the United States, just days after a demonstration over the company’s ‘abhorrent mistreatment’ of workers.
