Vacancies: Global Administrator – Office of the General Secretary

International offices include Amman, Hong Kong, Montreal, Nairobi, New Delhi, Abidjan, Rio de Janeiro, Singapore, Tokyo and Sydney. 

This is a challenging and interesting opportunity for the successful candidates within the Global Administration Team (GAT). You will need strong administrative and organisational skills together with effective drafting and proof-reading skills. The ability to work with little supervision within a strong team, whilst remaining flexible and able to manage a varied and high volume work load, in a highly pressured environment is key.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are required, with proven ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders. Due to the international aspects of the organisation’s work, a good working knowledge of another language would be an advantage. experience of booking travel related services, organising complex meetings Experience in working with databases and CRM systems and the ability to analyse data is essential.

This role offers a salary of £36,648 per annum, plus a non-performance related guaranteed bonus equating to 1/12th of your annual salary.
