DP-DHL, the ITF and UNI Global Union agree continuous dialogue until December 2019

DP-DHL (Deutsche Post DHL Group), the ITF (International Transport Workers' Federation) and UNI Global Union have jointly asked the German National Contact Point (NCP) for the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises to extend a protocol to continue regular dialogue on industrial relations topics.

Joint statement: DP-DHL, the ITF and UNI Global Union agree continuous dialogue until December 2019

DP-DHL (Deutsche Post DHL Group), the ITF (International Transport Workers' Federation) and UNI Global Union have jointly asked the German National Contact Point (NCP) for the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises to extend a protocol to continue regular dialogue on industrial relations topics. The protocol was first signed in July 2016 by the German NCP.

Rightwing anti-immigration group dumps ship’s crew

The ITF (International Transport Workers' Federation) is assisting the crew of the vessel C Star, who have been abandoned unpaid in Barcelona by its charterers, the rightwing youth group Defend Europe. The ship was at the centre of the group’s comic opera efforts to block vessels rescuing refugees and migrants from sinking boats in the Mediterranean.
