Rising in the darkness
The story is about a young lady who was able to save and help fellow workers and start a union at her workplace where there was too much harassment. The trade union was only aware of a portion of the intimidation. She became a light in the darkness.
I want the audience to know that it is possible to get what we deserve even if the situation seems to be impossible.

It was important to share this story because I realise the awareness of unions is still a challenge to most working places and fear must not be part of workers’ lives.
Unity is the most important medicine and tool against discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
I want to grow from where I am. I want to build the capacity of workers in my generation by taking a good approach and encouraging young workers.
