This is my first experience with Android and I am tech newbie.
I purchased my 101 tablet late Saturday night and it came by the following Wednesday.
Good job on the shipping (FSG Trading). Plugged the unit in, charged ok and
lit up right away. The set up wizard did exactly what it needed to do.
It picked up my wireless internet connection and the
neighbors as well. Connected to the internet and updated the firmware with out
any issues. Downloaded the Appslib app and was able to get Flash and and host of other apps.
Battery seems to be just fine. It does wear out a little
faster than I wanted but I am able to do what I want with it.
What do you expect for $250 bucks? The casing is a bit on the cheaper
side but I am not going to be playing football with it anytime soon. Video plays
slightly slower than I was expecting but ok for now. The resolution on the screen looks good.
The angle of the screen can be kind of annoying but you learn to live it after
awhile. Also, there is a great forum of Archos tablet owners (Google
it) that goes over everything you probably wanted to
know about the tablet. Overrall, good product for the money.
You can't beat it. If you are trying to decide to go with a 7" or 10", go with the 10". You won't regret it.
