Dear colleagues

I have been informed by the International Transport Workers' Federation about the ASU's dispute with TNT Shared Services Pty Limited, over the attempt by the employer to introduce inferior, non-union contracts for your union members, three quarters of whom are women.

It is of great concern that a global company such as TNT, which professes to respect the rights of workers, should be using such tactics. I/we are vey concerned about this move.

I/we pledge solidarity to you and to all Australian workers and their trade unions in the fight to win back workers' rights in your country.
