Dockers at the Port of Vancouver in Washington, USA have now been locked out for six weeks by their employer, Japanese conglomerate Mitsui-United Grain. The ITF sees this as an anti union attack and an attempt to avoid negotiating a new collective bargaining agreement (CBA).
