Bullying and harassment

Bullying and harassment affect both men and women. They are serious issues, that can gravely affect workers' health and do undermine their ability to do their jobs. The ITF has developed policy on bullying and harassment - for more information, see below.

In addition, European shipowners and European Transport Workers' Federation unions have agreed bullying and harassment guidelines. Open the page and scroll down for versions of this policy in fifteen different languages.

If you think you are being bullied or harassed, contact your union, or an ITF Inspector.

Justice for Pedro Zamora and STEPQ
