Brief update on abduction of Mansour Osanloo
12 juillet 2007
Ref abduction yesterday of Iranian trade unionist Mansour Osanloo (see www.itfglobal.org/press-area/index.cfm/pressdetail/1426 for more details)
Mansour Osanloo has not been seen since yesterday's abduction and there is still no news of who is holding him, despite all the authorities being contacted. All deny that he is in their custody.
Campaigning on his behalf continues. In addition to yesterday's protests the ITF has launched the following protest site - http://www.itfglobal.org/solidarity/osanloo2.cfm - where people are invited to
a) sign the petition
b) send a protest letter
c) spread the word
