PRIVACY POLICY


This Privacy Policy sets out how ITF will treat your personal data when you use any website or  system operated by the ITF (the Site), and any interactive services on it, whether as a guest or a registered user.  Please also refer to the ITF Privacy and Data Protection Policy (available on request).
 
PERSONAL INFORMATION

You do not have to give ITF any personal data in order to use most of the Site.  However, if you wish to take advantage of some of the services provided by the ITF, then ITF will need to collect information about you to help it complete your transactions or requests, to communicate back to you, manage your access to the services or for internal administration purposes.  The ITF may also use information to personalise sections of the Site based on your profile, and for internal analysis to gain a better understanding of your needs.  The personal data that ITF obtains consists of (but is not limited to) your name and your address.  The ITF may also ask for your telephone number and e-mail address which enables it to contact you swiftly if there is a problem or change with your request. 

The ITF will at all times only collect and process your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable data protection legislation.

HOW DOES ITF TREAT E-MAILS YOU SEND US?

“Contact Us” buttons may be found on some of the pages in the Site which activates your e mail software and invites you to send your comments to a specific functional mailbox.  When you send such a message, your personal data is collected only to the extent necessary to reply. 

If you have any questions about the processing of your e-mail and related personal data, do not hesitate to include them in your message.
