The ITF organising globally coordination team exists to coordinate solidarity action and provide ITF unions with information and support for organising campaigns. The team members are:

Organising Globally Coordinator: Ingo Marowsky

Ingo Marowsky started his union work as a shop steward in Lufthansa German Airlines. He held key union positions in its negotiating committee and repeatedly gained mandates as member of the works council, which he also was president of for several years.

He also was elected into the highest political mandate within the German system of Co-Determination, a union seat in the airline group’s Board of Supervisors, overviewing the Executive Board’s decisions and activities. He successfully completed academic Trade Union education at Frankfurt University (Germany) and Harvard University (USA).

Donna Connor started her union work as a Section Assistant in the SSD Maritime Section of the ITF in 1999. She worked there for nine years before joining Ingo Marowsky as his Personal Assistant in the Organising Globally Coordinating team.

Alen joined the Organising Globally team as its Assistant Coordinator in November 2010. He will take responsibility for the organising agenda within targeted global delivery companies and regions. Alen has worked in the union movement on workplace organising campaigns both in Australia and in the UK.

Marshall Abrahams joined the Organising Globally Coordination Team in 2009 from the ITF's Maritime Department, where he was involved in maritime research and assisted in company organising activities.
