Project on "Training and qualification systems in the EU port sector: setting the state of play and delineating an ETF vision"

ETF Project

The ETF Dockers Section launched a project on “Training and qualification systems in the EU port sector: setting the state of play and delineating an ETF vision”, with the financial support of the European Commission.

The project consists of a phase of data collection and analysis, followed by a two-day conference where ETF members will gather along with employers and experts in the field of training. At the end of the project, the ETF Dockers Section will issue its own vision and action plan on the subject. The establishment of a network on training in port will also be explored.

External assistance is required for 20 days. The contractor will be asked to:

 

• Process and analyze the data gathered through the ETF internal questionnaire
• Drafting the background/discussion document for the main event
• Compiling the final report
