Survey on Best Practices in the Ground Handling Sector

Introduction

As agreed during the last meeting in Madrid, the ETF Secretariat has developed a questionnaire on best practices in the GH sector. The purpose of this survey is to know the best practices that ETF affiliated unions have ever negotiated for ground staff.


Questionnaire & results evaluation

We would like therefore to ask you to fill in the survey. After collecting your answers, the ETF Secretariat will evaluate the results and if necessary, contact you with additional questions. Finally, we will publish a catalogue of best practices in this field.

The total amount of time needed to fill in the questionnaire is approx. 15 - 20 minutes.
