The last social dialogue meeting took place on 5/9/2006 and discussed the revision of the Commission legislation on access to the road transport market and admission of the occupation, in particular, cabotage and drivers’ attestation as well as a possible declaration of the social partners to combat illegal employment ….and the issue “safe rest facilities”.

The next plenary meeting of the social Dialogue is planned on 20/11/2006 and will discuss e.a. a Draft Declaration to combat illegal employment practices and a work programme for 2007.
