Welcome…

… to our Congress blogging area and to the new Congress website! We’re proud of our site, which will bring Congress news, documents and information to you throughout the course of this key event. We’ve designed it with users in mind who won’t actually be at the Congress itself – as well as thinking of Congress participants. We’re keen to hear your views, too, on how you use this site – so drop us a line here.

We’re very excited that for the first time, we are using auto-translation to make more content available to more affiliates, more quickly than ever! Check out this Google-sponsored feature – on certain pages – using the language selector and see how it works for you; remember as well that when professionally translated content is ready, it will be uploaded and replace the automated text.

Another “new” for us is having participants’ own photos and film on the site via ITF Flickr and YouTube pages; if you are at Congress and you’d like to see your pictures on the site, look out for inland transport secretary Mac Urata who is our media content coordinator. We are also looking out for keen bloggers to give their perspective on Congress. You can blog in English or Spanish – so don’t miss this opportunity to share your views. Why not start by posting a comment below or contacting anderson_jeremy@itf.org.uk if you’re interested?
