As our skies become ever more crowded, Air Traffic Services are at the heart of ensuring a safe aviation system. As with other areas of the aviation industry, Air Traffic Controllers and support staff are facing increasing commercialisation and restructuring.

ATS unions, which meet at least once a year, are committed to defending the safety professionalism of air traffic management work and ensuring sufficient investment for the future.
