The International Transport Workers’ Federation, ITF, and UNI Global Union are leading a series of activities as part of a week of action on 6-12 October 2010. Unions will organise a variety of activities  to highlight important issues linked to the slogan “Respect & Safety  Now!”. The different themes which unions can highlight are further discussed in the campaign guidelines. Out of the different themes, these pages focus  on three main targets. They are: 


 







Fatigue and Road Safety

“Fatigue Kills!” was the original slogan for the ITF Road Transport Action Week and remains a serious problem.
