The French government has recently introduced an important piece of legislation, submitting any foreign airline to French labour protection. Based on this new piece of legislation, air crew of non-French carriers based in France will benefit from French social protection, labour laws and associated rights.

This decree is a concrete measure to fight against social dumping, and will make a huge difference for Ryanair crew members based in Marseilles.
