Originally chosen by the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC) it has now been adopted as a common day by the entire Global Unions family to demonstrate the vital importance of global trade union solidarity in an increasingly globalised world economy.

You may also wish to focus on other key issues, which are already on the agenda of ITF sections and regions but which tie in with the concept of “Decent Work”.

Please let us know about your planned activities via mail@itf.org.uk
