The hotel conference package rate during the meeting(s) is as follows:
Single occupancy: R$ 213.40 per night (approx. US$133 or EUR85 as of 24 June 2008)
Double occupancy: R$247.50 per night (approx. US$154 or EUR99 as of 24 June 2008)

Visas
Delegates should verify whether or not they will need a visa (including transit visas) to attend the Conference. If a visa is required please notify the ITF Inland Transport Sections as soon as possible in order that we can send a letter of invitation personally addressed to the delegate wishing to participate.
Participants coming from countries for which a Brazilian entry visa is required must allow adequate time for a visa to be processed and should, therefore, apply as quickly as possible. Any delegation experiencing problems with obtaining visas should contact the appropriate ITF Regional Secretary for advice and assistance. If a letter is required to support an application for a visa it is essential that you find out from the Brazilian consular authorities who should provide the letter and what information it should contain.
