Inland Transport Section Lead Organiser (C3)

 

The International Transport Workers’ Federation (ITF) is a London-based international federation of around 677 transport trade unions in 140 countries representing over 19 million transport workers is looking for a Inland Section Lead Organiser  to be based in London. Please note this post is offered as a permanent position, or secondment or fixed-term contract basis.

The successful candidate will work alongside ITF affiliates to provide direction, support and momentum for organising campaigns in support of the coordination of global actions and leverage, to win organising rights and to raise standards across specific companies and supply chains. Key to this role will be effective communication to drive strategic change in collaboration with our affiliates.  

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with internal colleagues and affiliates is fundamental to this role as well as the ability to influence at all levels and use initiative. The successful candidate will be resilient with a positive outlook and be a real team player.

The post is graded C3 which covers steps 18 to 23 on the ITF salary scale. The starting salary for this position is £44,088 per annum plus an annual bonus of £3,674, rising to £52,808 per annum plus an annual bonus of £4,400. Other benefits and allowances may be payable depending on circumstances and experience.

CRM Developer (B1) – Fixed Term Contract (12 Months)

 

The International Transport Workers’ Federation (ITF), a London-based international federation of around 677 transport trade unions in 140 countries representing over 19 million transport workers, is looking for a CRM Developer (B1) to be based in London and to start as soon as possible.

The ITF requires an experienced Dynamics CRM Solutions Developer to be responsible for the customisation and development of CRM, Plugins and Custom Workflow Steps and the implementation of client-side customisations using Business Rules.

This role will administer, maintain and develop the ITF’s Maritime CRM application. The role will be responsible for Application Development, Dynamics implementation, customisations, extensions and plug-in development, implementing change requests and other CRM project work, as well as acting as second and third line IT support for the Maritime users.

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and 2016, SQL Server and SQL Scripting skills, SQL Server Reporting Services skills, Development skills using C# .Net. The successful candidate will be motivated with a positive attitude, be a dynamic problem solver, have excellent communication skills when dealing with all levels of the organisation and be able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines at once.

Excellent conditions accompany a starting salary of £47,660 plus an annual bonus of £3,971.67, rising to £56,545 plus an annual bonus of £4,712.08. Annual leave will start at 22 days per annum pro-rata in the year of joining. Other details of the conditions applicable are available on request.
