Donna Connor started her union work as a Section Assistant in the SSD Maritime Section of the ITF in 1999. She worked there for 9 years before joining Ingo Marowsky as his Personal Assistant in the Organising Globally Coordinating team.

She was a Staff Committee Representative for one year. Before her time at the ITF she was a Legal Secretary and Barristers Clerk. She enjoys developing the Young Workers work by encouraging people to join the network so that we can build a stronger and more dynamic group to take the work forward. She is married with four children.  A keen runner, who completed the London Marathon in 2009.
