The ITF women’s department is dedicated to organising women in transport and to strengthening their unions. It supports ITF unions to fight the impact of the economic crisis on women transport workers and to organise young and informal workers and women in non-union workplaces. It is building a team of women trade union leaders to maximise their global strength and workplace power. It is working with women union members to strengthen collective bargaining, challenge gender segregation in the workplace and fight exploitation and discrimination.

Join us in building union strength. Find out about the ITF women’s network and the ITF women’s committee here.
