Issue No. 2 (2010)

In this second edition, we learn how CAW Local 111 workers in Canada made a stand against violence and formed a joint committee with union and employer representatives to seek solutions to the issue, and how violence and stress are an ever-increasing problem for rail workers in Sweden according to information from SEKO.

We also look at CCTV and worker security in the workplace, and invite unions to provide information on their experiences.

Issue No. 1 (2009)

In this first edition, we learn how the Barbados Workers’ Union and its members have used the ITF Action Day Campaign to raise public awareness of issues related to violence against bus drivers and how the German railway unions, GDBA and TRANSNET have been working together to improve safety in the railways.
