I would like to inform you about the current situation of  here. Total communication line is cut by the goverment today morning. I use seperately net by satelite system. Security is too much tight and moving the allcity areas. Last night on social activist , president of CWIN (NGO , works in child labor sector) arrested in Kathmandu international airport, who was return from europe in that time.
