Discrimination
Gender discrimination can take many forms. For example, it includes denial of work or job opportunities on the ground of gender, unequal pay for work of equal value, and not being provided with proper facilities or equipment, when members of the other sex do have this. Being given a job you don't like, but which IS usually done by workers of the same grade, is not discriminatory treatment.
If you think you are being discriminated against, and would like some help, contact your union, or an ITF Inspector.
