ITF Seafarers' Trust Grant guidelines and application form are available below for download in Microsoft Word format.
Applicants must read the Guidelines prior to filling-in the grant application form. Grant applications which do not follow the guidelines will not be considered.
An optional survey document is also available below, we would appreciate your filling-in this form as well. This survey provides valuable feedback to the Trust.
