The section elects its Chair, three Vice-Chairs, Women's Representative and Young Workers' Representative at the section conference held in conjunction with the ITF Congress. These position-holders, together with the Regional Chairs and Vice-Chairs form the steering committee of the section. Working groups set up by the section also delegate their representatives to the steering committee.
