Saeed Torabian released, now for the others

21 July 2010

Unjustly imprisoned trade unionist Saeed Torabian has been released in Iran after 42 days in jail.

ITF General Secretary David Cockroft said: “This is good news (qualified only by the fact that there appear to be bail conditions attached) and we trust that it will soon be followed by more of the same, including the promised imminent release of Mansour Osanloo, and unconditional freedom for his equally innocent colleagues Ebrahim Madadi and Reza Shahbi.”
