Betty is amongst the leaders of the dockworkers union of Kenya and she is also the newest ITF inspector to be recruited. Monica Okpe wins her court case
The ITF has moved to congratulate Monica Okpe, the Norwegian trade unionist sacked by DHL, after her victory in the Norwegian labour court today. In a unanimous and binding verdict delivered late this afternoon the court ruled that Norwegian labour laws have been broken, and she should be reinstated and awarded £35,000 compensation. saiba mais >>
