The ITF maintains the Special Seafarers Department, in London, with an expert full-time staff. This Department co-ordinates the FOC Campaign and the work of ITF FOC coordinators and Inspectors around the world. ITF coordinators and inspectors are not employed by the ITF, they are seafarers or dockers from an affiliated organisation, who are dedicated, full-or part-time, to Inspection Work in each country.
Seafarers who need to contact ITF maritime unions and/or ITF Inspectors can view the latest information by selecting the country below. The directory is known as Message to Seafarers, the ITF "yellow pages" directory of seafarers and dockers unions and ITF FOC Inspectors who can be contacted by FOC seafarers in need of assistance. The information available on this website is updated regulary.
