In the Young workers pillar, the project will draft a picture of the current situation of young workers via the elaboration of a survey involving all ETF affiliates. It will gather useful data on young workers’ positions and concerns. By means of two seminars, the project has the objective to gather good practices to identify the challenges and attract more young workers to the sector and the trade unions. The results of the survey and the seminars will be presented in the first ETF Young Transport Workers conference. Please find the seminar and conference documents under related documents.
