The Civil Aviation Section Conference
The section policies are adopted at the Civil Aviation Section Conference which is held every two years. All civil aviation affiliates are invited to participate in this meeting.
The Civil Aviation Section Committee
Once every four years the section elects a committee which acts as a steering committee for the section between Section Conferences. The current section committee was elected during the Section Conference at the 42st ITF Congress held in Mexico City on 6 August 2010. There were subsequent elections to replace/re-elect members of the Industry subgroups held at the Committees meetings in London on 11-12 November 2010.
