In the morning of the Action Day, activists from TRANSNET and GDBA distributed leaflets outside several railway stations. The leaflets detailed the unions' demand for a nationwide collective agreement for regional and local rail transport, as well as European and regional demands. The unions also highlighted to passengers the railway workers' fight for fair jobs and good railway systems to support sustainable public transport. Several worker meetings were organised by TRANSNET and GDBA at different workshops. (Email report by Sebastian Rüter)
