Vacancy: Secretary, ITF Civil Aviation and Tourism Services Sections
The International Transport Workers’ Federation (ITF), a London-based international federation of 654 transport trade unions in 148 countries representing around 4.5 million workers, is looking for a Secretary for its Civil Aviation and Tourism Services Sections.
This is a senior position within the ITF Secretariat and any candidate will need significant experience in the trade union movement and of dealing with international issues. Direct experience of the civil aviation and/or tourism services industry will be a significant advantage. Fluent written and spoken English is essential, and a good working knowledge of another language will be valuable.
This position is based in London and carries a salary level in the range of £51,635 with a bonus of £4,302.92 to £63,472 with a bonus of £5,289.33 (steps range 31-37 of the ITF salary scale).
