TO MAKE A RESERVATION

Contact the hotel and ask for the Reservation Department/or email using the email address above.
Alternatively many of the above hotels have websites where you can make your booking online, and sometimes get a better rate. Use Google to search for the name of the hotel..
The hotel will require a credit card number to guarantee the booking.
All reservations should be made as soon as possible. Any late reservations will be honoured on a space and rate available basis only.
Hotels usually require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. If such notice is not given, the credit card used for the booking will be debited.
Please note that any cancellation or no-show costs will be borne by your union.
